Joe Abbati is an artist/engineer with extensive experience in audio production, media technologies and interactivity. An alumni of the music engineering program, Joe worked full-time as audio programmer, sound designer and composer before returning to join the faculty.
Some of Joe’s recent projects include:
A three day workshop on sound design and synthesis at the Universidade Federal do Parana in Curitiba BR.
A 2 hour performance at the Festival Fora do Tempo, Carolina BR
Original score and sound design for the soon to be released PC/Wii game “Hidden Mysteries: Titanic”
A solo exhibition of interactive media installations at 2020 project space in Miami
